Q) Is it hard to find a rental while you're still in the UK or anywhere else in the world
A) Not at all, you lease with the rental company and all paperwork can be sorted out using emails and faxes. Deposits can be wired across to secure your new home so that it will be ready upon your arrival.
Q) How do we pay for you service
A) We have australian bank accounts that you pay into, this can easily be transferred into from anywhere in the world.
Q) How much do I pay to enable you to buy the goods I need, and what happens to the money you have left over.
A) basically it all depends on individual needs whatever money is left over will be refunded back to yourselves.
Q) What if I want more goods than the basic furniture package, like dishwasher, washing machine or even a table and settee
A) Most houses come with a dishwasher in, but any other electrical goods required can be purchased at the same time as the fridge/freezer so the only extra charge will be the cost of the electrical goods, if we have to shop around for table or settee etc,then we will charge our time to you.
Q) How do I know that the electrical goods will fit my new house?
A) We will go into your new house and measure the places where the goods are going and purchase the goods so they will fit perfectly.
Q) How do I know you are selling me the goods at cost and that I'm paying the best price
A) We will give you all the sale invoices in your name and we give you the web sites/Links to where we go,
Q) What areas do you cover and where will you go to view a home for us
A) We are located in Pacific Pines Queensland . We mainly locate people to this area (and surrounding areas), basically at present we only relocate around the gold coast area.
Q) Would you ship my items from the UK or buy in Australia
A) I shipped all my house hold items to Australia,after six weeks it took to ship them, at the end of the day some things here are expensive to buy some are cheaper i would concentrate on your personal items and any new expensive electrical items you may have recently purchased and ship these.
Q) How expensive are TVs there.
A) They are a lot cheaper than the UK,For Example 42"plasmas start from $1900 (thats £790 approx) and a 50" plasma good quality TV $4999 (thats £2000 approx
Q) Can you help me if I want to buy a house as an investment so I can rent it out.
A) Yes we can arrange for you to get advice and help with a well known mortgage broker And we can fully furnish the home so you can rent it.
