A Warm Welcome

If having never been to the Gold Coast before our information pack will hopefully be of great use to you.

We will include information leaflets about places in your local areas such as shopping centres, weekend markets, restaurants, theme parks, town centres etc.

There will be important information about applying for your tax file number, drivers license, medicare cards and for setting up your bank accounts.

If arriving with children you will want to know as much about schools in your local area as possible. When we know your situated area we will include everything about local schools and education.

Also as part of the Warm Welcome basket will be the essentials you need to start you off. Bread, milk, tea bags, coffee and sugar will be included.

If you want other cheap essentials such as knives and forks, toaster, kettle etc just let us know via your email and we can sort this out also.

Services of Gold Coast Relocations

At Gold Coast Relocations we want your first arrival in Australia to be hassle free. We will arrange travel from when you arrive at the airport to take you to your new accommodation.

For each area you choose to research there will be maps, real estate help and school information. If there is anything extra you would like to know please don’t hesitate to ask us. Rental Accommodation

We will do our utmost to find and secure you appropriate accommodation that meets your needs. This includes sending you emails which will show photographs of the properties along with a full description. The property can also be set up with the required furniture for your arrival.

Option 1 - Short Term Rental Accommodation

This will include finding an appropriate rental, emailing the list for you to choose from, there will be a maximum of three viewings carried out on your behalf, securing the rental and supplying an information leaflet on the area also included will be a warm welcome basket. (6+ weeks stay)

Option 2 - Long Term Rental Accommodation

This will include finding an appropriate rental, emailing the list for you to choose from, there will be a maximum of three viewings carried out on your behalf, securing the rental and supplying an information leaflet on the area and also a warm welcome basket included. (6+ months stay)

Furniture Hire

This service is suitable for clients who have to wait up to 12 weeks for their container to arrive.

All furniture and electrical equipment you require can be hired, we will then arrange delivery and have the property all ready for your arrival.

Car Hire

Having a car is an important way of being able to see what there is here on the Gold Coast. We will search car rental companies for both good quality and low pricing making sure it is in your local area for collection.
